The Aloe Vera Plant Healing Energy Smoothie is the perfect iced smoothie for summer, with refreshing, revitalizing ingredients! It’s also super easy to make and use, plus, ingredients can be used for detox water too.
I made this smoothie one day when I needed a drink that was refreshing and hydrating, perfect for those hot summer days in Florida where I live. Even if you don’t live in Florida, you’ll enjoy this quench my thirst drink!

A surprise aloe vera plant blade, with medicinal gel inside that, can be used for your smoothie recipe next time, or for topical skin purposes. You can even use it as a face mask, as I’ll show you in just a sec!
Strawberries – contain a whopping dose of vitamin C! Vitamin C represents a boost in energy and a sunshiney attitude! Strawberries are also cultivated with an awesome amount of antioxidants, which make them perfect for skincare and healing from the inside/out. Strawberries are also great for dental care. they actually whiten your teeth and maintain healthy dental care. In addition to those astonishing facts, strawberries contain:

To be honest, that’s not all! Strawberries are just the perfect berry for everything. Good for skin, hair, and nails!

Step-By-Step Recipe Instructions
First, add the first layer of the substrate into the bottom of the blender. That would be the crushed ice or ice cubes.
The second layer, add a heaping handful of kale. Pour coconut water 3/4 of the way up.
Cube aloe vera plant blade(s). Just literally, take the blade and cut into cubes all the way down the blade, and throw into the blender. To make it even more potent, you can always add more!
Crush up what you have in the blender of liquefying setting and then add, all of your strawberries and raspberries, and blend well on “blend” setting. Add purified water if needed!
Then finish blending and add more crushed ice if you’d like to make it more like a refreshing icee!
Honestly Refreshing Detox Water
You can use these same ingredients to make a detox water. Here, let me show you how! I promise it’s painless 😉
For Water Pitcher
Take all the ingredients and add to the pitcher. Add a mint leaf or two if you like. They provide stability and are for making a life. Be sure you use a pitcher that catches the large ingredients, that way you can pick out ingredients as you like.
Fruit Infuser Bottle
Catch ingredients in the net, only use way less and add cucumbers, a squeeze of half of a lemon (be sure to spoon out or catch seeds), and add mint leaves. You’ve got yourself a fruity, minty, refreshing drink!
Ice Cube Infuser
Add to forming ice cubes with mint leaves and berries, with the coconut water! Tastes amazing, in addition to your detox water.
